Please read these terms when using our website, booking a discovery call or visiting the future revenue-estimation page. Service contracts, if any, are agreed separately.

1. Website operator

This website is operated by a UK sole trader trading as JetJvs. The operator's legal identity and business contact details are provided in our Legal Notice. For information about how personal data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

2. What this site provides

JetJvs shares general information about performance-based business partnerships, lead reactivation, business discovery calls and a planned revenue-estimation tool. This website is intended primarily for business visitors. You do not purchase a service, pay a fee or enter a JetJvs client contract merely by viewing this website or visiting the estimator placeholder.

3. Discovery calls

The free 30-minute discovery call is an exploratory conversation to understand your business, assess whether we may be a suitable fit, discuss possible opportunities and, where practical, demonstrate reactivation technology. It is not a promise of a tailored solution, sales increase, commercial offer or future partnership. Appointment availability is subject to the booking calendar and may change.

4. Free live test and future partnerships

If both parties consider the opportunity suitable, JetJvs may discuss a free, limited live test involving up to 500 eligible dormant leads. Eligibility, data protection, lawful contact permissions, business readiness, approval of messaging, scope, start dates and expected responsibilities must be agreed before any test starts. No test or ongoing service is guaranteed by this website. Further work, including any performance-based fees or profit-sharing, will require a separate written agreement.

5. Your use of the website

  • Use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Only enter information you are entitled to share. Do not send customer lists or third-party personal data through initial enquiries unless we have expressly agreed a lawful and secure process.
  • Do not present any future illustrative revenue estimates as guaranteed business results.

6. Revenue-estimation tool

The revenue-estimation page is not operational yet. A future version may provide illustrative scenarios based on information visitors choose to enter. Any such estimates will be indicative rather than guarantees, and we will publish the method and relevant terms before launching it. See our Disclaimer.

7. Brand and website content

The JetJvs name, logo, original copy and website design are used to identify our business. Except where the law permits it, you may not copy, republish or impersonate this branding for your own business without permission. You may save or share a link to our public pages.

8. External websites

The discovery-call link takes you to Calendly. Other links may lead to external services, including meeting tools or regulators. We do not control those websites or their availability, content or security. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

9. Responsibility and limitations

We take reasonable care to keep the website useful and accurate, but do not promise that all content is complete, continuously available or free from error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business decisions made solely on general website information or future illustrative calculator scenarios. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Referral arrangements

Any referral reward, commission, profit share or lifetime arrangement must be set out in separate written terms accepted by the parties. Visiting this website, using the calculator or introducing someone does not itself create an entitlement to a payment.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update the website and these Terms of Use. The version shown when you use the website applies to that visit, subject to applicable law.
