Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

We respect your privacy. This page explains what the current JetJvs website does with information, including booking requests and the planned revenue-estimation page.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

JetJvs provides performance-based business partnerships, lead-engagement and database-reactivation services. JetJvs is operated by a UK sole trader. The identity of the person responsible for your personal information (the data controller) and the business's legal details are available in our Legal Notice.

Business email: contact@jetjvs.com
Business location: Peterborough, United Kingdom. See our Legal Notice for the business identity and contact information.

For privacy questions, access requests or objections, email us using the address above.

2. Information we may handle

  • Website use: your IP address, browser/device details, access times, requested pages and security information may be processed in standard hosting logs, even when you do not fill in a form.
  • Discovery-call bookings: if you choose the Calendly booking link, you may provide your name, business name, email, booking time and any answers requested on the booking form. We may receive this booking information to prepare for and hold the meeting.
  • Calls and correspondence: information you choose to share during a call, or in direct emails, may be used to respond to you and explore a possible business relationship. Please do not share customer databases or sensitive personal information during an initial enquiry.
  • Revenue-estimation page: this page is currently a blank template and does not collect questionnaire answers, email addresses or calculator values. We will update this notice before introducing a working form or emailed reports.

3. Why we use information and our lawful bases

  • Operate and protect the website: to serve pages, investigate errors and detect misuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in running a reliable, secure website.
  • Arrange and prepare discovery calls: to respond to a call you request and decide whether a potential partnership is suitable. Depending on the circumstances, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and/or legitimate interests in managing B2B enquiries.
  • Reply to messages: to answer questions and keep a reasonable record of business correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us, or steps requested before entering a contract.
  • Meet legal obligations: where applicable, to comply with legal duties or respond to lawful requests. Our lawful basis is legal obligation.

Our legitimate interests are to maintain site security, provide the information you request and manage potential business relationships. We consider the reasonable expectations and privacy rights of people whose data is involved.

4. Who information may be shared with

Our website is hosted through Namecheap-related hosting services and/or their infrastructure providers. If you choose to book a call, Calendly handles the appointment booking and we may use an email/calendar provider and Zoom to arrange the meeting. Each provider may process information according to its role and its own terms. We do not sell website visitors' personal information.

Third-party links open separate services and those services have their own privacy notices. We recommend reviewing Calendly's and Zoom's privacy information before using them.

5. International data transfers

Some website, scheduling, email and video-meeting providers may process information outside the UK. Where JetJvs is responsible for an international transfer of personal data, we will assess the provider's transfer arrangements and use an applicable UK transfer mechanism or adequacy regulation where required. Details of actual providers, storage locations and safeguards will depend on the accounts in use and can be requested through our business contact email.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and booking details only while reasonably needed to respond, conduct a requested meeting, evaluate a potential partnership, maintain relevant records or meet legal obligations. We review and remove records that are no longer needed. Host-level security and access logs are subject to the provider's retention settings and operational needs. If a separate client engagement begins, the applicable contract and privacy information may specify additional retention periods.

7. Cookies and similar technology

These JetJvs website files do not themselves install advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. The current estimator placeholder does not use browser storage. Hosting infrastructure may use essential security or delivery technologies. Calendly, Zoom and other websites reached through external links may use their own cookies. If tracking, analytics or new marketing features are added to JetJvs later, we will review the applicable notice and consent/objection requirements before enabling them.

8. Marketing and referrals

This version of the site does not collect calculator emails, subscribe you to a newsletter or run a referral-registration form. Asking to book a discovery call does not automatically enrol you in marketing. If we later offer emailed reports, promotional follow-ups or a referral programme, we will explain the use of your information and provide any required choices and notices at the point of collection.

9. Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access your information, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, receive a portable copy and object to processing. You may object at any time to processing of your personal information for direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

Contact us using the email above to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website, the way we work or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
